A Meeting Point of Urban Life and Nature with Modern Landscape Design
The Adım İstanbul project aims to create a comfortable and aesthetic environment, blending modern landscape design with urban life. Spanning a total area of 17,000 m², this unique project offers a sustainable and livable outdoor space through a combination of structural and botanical landscape elements.
The landscape design incorporates functional urban elements that bring warmth and comfort to outdoor spaces. This includes:
At the main entrances, large plane trees have been lined up to form alleys, giving the entrances a prestigious identity while providing natural shade and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
In the structural landscape design, terrazo slab stones were chosen instead of natural stone. This decision enhances durability while maintaining an aesthetically cohesive and modern appearance.
To provide more open space in front of commercial areas, structural zones were prioritized over green spaces, ensuring a user-friendly layout.
Due to the sloped terrain, terracing was implemented, creating visually appealing and functional landscape levels. Special terrazo step coverings were used to replace the harsh appearance of concrete, bringing a warmer and more inviting atmosphere to the space.
To accommodate the development of large trees within a concrete landscape, elevated platforms were created using CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) planters. This solution ensures:
