These innovative ponds accommodate up to 4,000 swimmers simultaneously and even allow for windsurfing, redefining what it means to blend luxury, recreation, and sustainability.

Designed with a focus on health and nature, the ponds provide a unique swimming experience with drinkable-quality water, ensuring the safety and well-being of every user. Featuring three sandy beaches and wet sand areas within the ponds, they replicate the sensation of swimming in a natural lake. Surrounding deck areas offer spaces for relaxation and sunbathing, while walking trails, children’s playgrounds, and other amenities cater to individuals of all ages and preferences.

To maintain the beauty of the ponds year-round, we carefully landscaped the surrounding area with magnolia trees and vibrant shrubs.
