A Historic Mansion Garden in Istanbul: 1100 m² of Landscaping Design and Application
We designed and implemented a 1100 m² landscaping project for a historic mansion garden in Istanbul, seamlessly blending the tranquility of nature with modern design elements. The project includes 750 m² of hard landscaping, which features functional elements such as a driveway, and 350 m² of soft landscaping, bringing life and natural beauty to the garden.
In the hard landscaping, functionality was prioritized while maintaining a visually appealing aesthetic. The soft landscaping included a diverse array of trees, shrubs, and flowers, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere that evolves with the seasons.
To enhance the garden’s visual appeal and usability, special features such as timber walking paths, a pergola gazebo, and climbing vine mesh installations on walls were incorporated. The pergola gazebo provides a serene spot for relaxation, while the climbing vine mesh adds a touch of natural elegance to the vertical surfaces, making the garden truly unique. The timber walking paths ensure ease of movement throughout the space, combining aesthetics with practicality.
